Who we are…what we do

Compound is Cairns regions only core skate shop, owned and operated by skaters to service the skate and street cultures in Far Northern Queensland.

Our main business is in retailing skateboard, longboard, & scooter hardware, footwear, apparel, and accessories.
We are also really happy to help you out with information about the local area and events that might be happening, as well as share our experience and expertise on anything in our knowledge base.

 

Currently our Kuranda store is open for trading:

 

Wednesday – Sunday

10am – 3pm

 

If, for any reason, you cannot get there within these times – like you want to come up after school or something – then just call Adam on 0422218029 and he will try and stay open. Overall, we really would like to encourage making appointments and working out a time with Adam rather than standing around waiting for people to hopefully come to the store.

We are situated in the amazing rainforest markets of Kuranda. Often referred to as the “bottom” marketplace…our store is located right by the Recharge Kuranda hub. If you get lost, just ask one of the amazing locals…they are always happy to help!
